So you choose the right item, signals to the saleslady you are buying it. The staff prepares the item and when you are paying for the purchase, the sales crew mentions you have a free item. Sure! Of course! A shirt, laundry detergent and fabric conditioner, free DVD movie and poster, a baseball cap, You're not expecting, and accept it anyway readily. Cool! =)
